Weather man says storms later so dinner got moved up. Dutch oven pork and kielbasa with kraut, onion, potatoes, garlic, beer and some brown sugar. Normally I'd chop up a granny smith for the party but I didn't have one so some unsweetened applesauce went in. Just got a little direct sear on the meat and then everybody in the pool. I hit the country ribs with the Pork Barrel rub last night. Liking that one a lot. I'll jump back in with a finished product shot when its done.

Wow guys. This turned out awesome. And I beat the storm by minutes. The dome temp went from 350-250 over the 21/2 hour cook. The pork read 203 internal. Got the food inside, closed the vents down, fixed a plate and the wind kicked up. Covered the grill and tucked it back with the others still warm to the touch but not hot. Skies opened up and we have torrential rain and thunder. I've done this dish before a few times in the slow cooker but this was really fun.
