Hello fellow enthusiasts. I'm new here and looking forward to taking advantage of the info/recipes available on the forums. I'm not a collector, but a WeberHead. I've got all of my mods ready and waiting for my new Weber 22" kettle: 1/4" Stainless Steel Grill grates from KillaGrilla, Vortex, Slow N Sear, Slow N Sear Drip pan, Lavaloc gasket, etc. It's taking forever for Amazon to ship this. I was hoping to do some grilling/smoking for the 4th holiday, but I have to wait, somewhat impatiently though.
