Tri tip and NASCAR Chicago on the OTP

My favorite grill came to use today since it was raining out. This tri tip is marinated by a local grocery store called Berkots. I’m having trouble with the smoke but I was informed my son can’t stay long so I had to speed things up.

Slight blush at 400.

The race was fun. Best part was the traffic jam crash. The crowd went nuts. It’s was like yeah this is Chicago. We see this crap everyday. They said like 80 percent of the attendees have never been to a NASCAR race.
