Weber Customer Service via telephone has returned to pre-Pandemic conditions. I called this morning to place an order and after entering the prompt number for ordering, a rep came on the line withing 30 seconds. What a difference from the last time I ordered at the beginning of the Pandemic. I was on hold over 90 minutes that time.  It's nice to see and feel things starting to return to normal.  Stay positive and test negative....................

Same here! I placed a order and after selecting the option needed a representative was on the other end within the first 25 seconds id say at the 15 seconds. Also very helpful and kind

That's great to hear.

I've talked to Weber a few times during the pandemic, and although waits were long, the people were the best.

Weber customer service is second to no one.

If only the availability of parts was
as speedy.  It took me 2 months to
receive a set of casters.  I am over
75 days waiting for a few parts to
a side burner.  They are still on back
order, with no date in sight.

It's not just Weber.  I know a guy who sells appliances... customers are waiting months.

I called Weber recently to order a part and was temporarily put on hold. I don't know what the hell I was listening to, it was some kind of extremely annoying retro, age of Aquarius da da music! Luckily, I listen to Thrash

& Death Metal music just about daily, so I was able to easily withstand the torture instead of hanging up! I think Weber does that intentionally so people would just hang up.

Weber has the best customer service, hands down. Over the past 2 months they have sent me replacement Flavorizor Bars and I just ordered a pair of the old wire performer coal baskets - both orders came in about 5 days.

They definitely have the best warranty and customer service. I've read some horror stories on their reviews, but I haven't experienced anything near that. They've sent replacement parts with no questions asked.
