Greetings from Portugal, fellow Weberites!

Long time grilling fan and at last I got a Weber to up my grill game.  After a long time looking for a second-hand one, I got a almost new 2018 Spring Green Master Touch and a very used 2006 Original Kettle.

The Master Touch just needed a scrubing and cleaning and is good as new. Already did a couple of baby ribs and a whole salmon. Gonna try the chicken wings and poortex next.

The Kettle was rusted beyond salvation. The cleaning system was unhinged in the rusty bit which was oddly new. I salvaged the cleaning system and the grate as spares for the Master Touch.

The Weber cooking system is a new for me. I've been grilling over open coals for all my life. It's still very difficult not to peak inside. I have a lot of questions about small details so bear with me.
