Brisket Flat - Slow N’ Sear

Alright so my slow n sear finally came in and what better way to break it in that with some smoked brisket!

This was my first low and slow! Learned some lessons along the way and only hope to keep getting better.

I didn't check my thermometer and went over the desired 203 degrees but it still came out tender.
