Yes, it took a couple of months before I received an email reply. After sending a reply to their equally unhelpful email, I just called them, and chose the "call me back" option. I was on the phone with a rep within an hour. Strange pandemic times we're living in....

Emails seem to be the worst option to get ahold of them currently, they never got back to me on any I sent in the past few months.  I got it fixed over the phone before receiving a reply on a single email.

Weber is sneaky too, I received an email saying that I have the Smokefire wood pellet grill in my cart and to complete the order. I immediately deleted it. It was around the 4th of July week, where they were trying to push

the sale of the Smokefire, with several email advertisements. I have no interest in that grill whatsoever!
