Hi everyone. Another new old guy in Florida. Love grilling on my 22". Been using a Weber for many years but I'm just now learning about all of the different methods
Tonight's grill is a 7.5 lb. Pork butt. Snake method with applewood chunks. 6 hours in now. Should be delicious.

Hello and welcome. Where in Florida are you located? Many grate grillfellas in the Sunshine State.
