Hello everyone from Napoli, southern Italy
Just bought my first Weber.
A compact kettle 57 cm.
This one.

I'm a real amateur and need your help.
Where do you suggest to begin in this vast forum?

I've just cooked a very fat piece of Spanish steak and it's marvelous. The fat was better than the muscle?
I'm using Weber briquettes.

Ciao
Raffaele

Welcome from Doraville,Ga USA first try the charcoal grilling and bbq section, lots of tips and pics, then try the search feature it works well, fat = flavor
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Molto piacere Raffaele! There are lots of awesome tips in the charcoal cooking section. My grill game has definitely improved since coming to the WKC. Also, look for recipes and tips on you tube for cooking on a Weber.

I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

Just got back from Bergamo last week. House had cheap little grill but we managed to cook some nice pork loin and chicken thighs. We had to use some pretty terrible lump charcoal but it worked.

Welcome from Amesbury Massachusetts, USA. My wife and I loved our time in northern Italy and some day hope to make it back to explore the south.

Lots of learning can be done interacting with the folks on this forum so check in often. I would also suggest checking out www.amazingribs.com they go in depth about the science of bbq.
