Yesterday while looking in my garage freezer I saw 2 packs of ribs...ohhh what to do, what to do? I took them out, 1lb of bacon, and 1lb of shrimp. I had gone shopping earlier this week and bought some asparagus, and the wife made some mashed potatoes this week so leftover mashed taters. I added some coby jack cheese, garlic, sour cream, and onion chives.
I smoked them for 5 hours using the apple wood from my neighbors tree they cut down, why they cut it down I’ll never know[emoji848]. Smoked them until an 205 degree internal temperature and rested for 30min. Sorry no pictures of the sweet potatoes or shrimp on the grill.
