Tomahawk sandwiches

Not cooked for a while, but had a play yesterday. Steak on my 1985 Weber, reverse seared over lump wood and served with mushrooms and onion, rocket, mustard mayo on fresh sourdough.

Well thanks guys. Was very nice. My 7 year old asked if we can have steak sandwiches again today, that’s high praise from someone who’s a very picky eater.
