I think me and you are on the same page! I have a starter I started last year and make a loaf of sourdough every weekend. My focus now is a old recipe my grandmother passed  down before she passeed away. Everyone recalls how great her bread was but no one knows exactly how she did it. It's a bit of my winter project.
