Tuesday salmon and asparagus

Just some Aldi salmon with lemon pepper seasoning and asparagus with Weber's kicken' chicken on the Grey Crate and Barrel performer. Turned out delicious.

Trying to work Salmon into the meal plan every couple of weeks.
About 20 minutes indirect with lump.

I didn't do anything to it other than rinse it with water before putting it on the grate. I never thought about it sticking. Luckily it didn't stick at all, but that could be because of the grate. I use the Adrenaline bbq stainless steel grate for cooking the salmon. It has  no texture at all, no pitting and smooth as can be.
