Sundays cook T-Bones
« on: September 03, 2018, 06:54:35 AM »
Got some giant T-Bones.  Two of them totaled about 3.25 lbs of meat.  They are almost a Porterhouse cut. Rubbed with my home made Montreal seasoning.  Seared and finished indirect.  Pulled mine around 140.  The wife likes hers more well done closer to 150.  Both steaks turned out great.  Enjoy the pics!
