It was a CL find that was practically down the street from me (2 miles away), being sold by the original owner.
The good:
good frame/bowl/lid
gas assist works
lid bale/wire shelf/charcoal bin all present
The bad:
The old ash sweeps were frozen and had to be cut off
The grates are pretty rusty (but I have a NIB Stok cast iron grate ready to go)
The propane tank is presumed to be the original and has the QC fitting
The cover is the original Weber unit and is pretty tattered
The stainless utility hooks are bent (but I have better ones from having parted out multiple Genesis gas grills)
I've read up on some of the previous threads to install the newer 7444 sweeps while retaining the old catcher, so I'll probably go that route.
