Grilled Lobster

Lobster was on sale at the local supermarket. Par boil 4 mins.  Into ice water. Cut in half. Finish on grill for 8 or so minutes over direct medium
Heat.  Shell down. Baste before and halfway. No flip.

love grilled lobster.  I usually grill tails and they turn out great.
