I’ve got a Ranch plus a couple of Performers and several 22’s. Never need to use the Ranch unless it’s a big crowd. Can easily do everything needed first a dinner for 4-6 on a 22. 

The idea is two 22’s set for low and slow, and high and fast. Of course, the 26 is sweet, but you could also get an 18 to compliment the 22 you have, and use it for picnics etc.

The 18 is an ideal size for a searing Station to cook appetizers and veggies while the Main finishes on the 22.

Aw heck, get them all!!

I have a buddy that cooks on his 26er with the Vortex placed off to one side...Uses less fuel, gives him a very hot sear zone, and plenty of grill estate for indirect cooking...
