This morning my brother text me . Saying hey , it’s supposed to be nice . Let’s grill out .... of course I never say no to that, I had some pork steaks that I was going to cook tonight anyway . My brother brought shrimp , steak, asparagus, and polish sausage. We fired up the grills . Big shout out to @shoestringshop I finally got to use the seasoning you sent me for the shrimp. And DAMN was it good . Thank you ,thank you ,thank you !!!!! They went FAST. He brought the steaks for him and his other half. I am using the SnS for the pork steaks so of course his food is done and ate, mine is still cooking low and slow [emoji16]
Great cook all together and was nice to get together. Here are some pics along the way .
