Day time cooking on my PP Red MBH.



Vortex chicken drums and shrimps coming up.


25min. into the cook.


Getting really hot! Look at the color change.

Looks great. Never thought about doing seafood with the vortex. Did you cook them hot like you would chicken parts. How long did it take for the shrimp and lobster tails. Nice collection of grills. I've been thinking of picking up another one for doing larger cooks

Thanks! Yes, cook seafood same way. Take them off early or put them on later as they cook fast like 10 min. to 15 min vs 45 to 1hr for chicken drums.
