Perfect and super moist . The igrill really helped in making sure I reached the perfect temp. I also snagged up a few super cheap bags of the Weber charcoal at Target during the summer -- that stuff is incredible. Used a full chimney to cook this bird, maintained temps and burned for well over 3 hours. Never had to reload.
Used this recipe for the bird, the butter I think really helped with retaining moisture:
