Did some lasagna tonight...









And a carrot cake on the grill today

Looks great. I couldn't believe your rainbow picture. I took nearly the same picture while grilling yesterday.

@CatskillSmoker just take your  favorite lasagna recipe and make it a disposable tin just make sure that you spray the tin with some oil to prevent any sticking. Also the last 20 min or so if you can  raise the pan up towards the top of the grill that will brown the cheese.
