Great video.   We have the same sense of humor so your videos crack me up.

Thanks to your salsa video I was inspired and made some fire roasted tomatillo salsa.

4 tomatillos
1/2 jalapeņo. (Roast a whole one, only used half.
1/2 white onion
2 cloves garlic
1/8th bunch of cilantro
1 lime (heating up the lime makes it juice easier)

Started the half onion first.  Troy is right is smells amazing.  I know a lot of people will out an onion on the coals for flavoring during steak and other cooks.  I can see why.

Tomatillos, jalapeno and garlic added about 10 minutes after the onion.  I let everything roast for about 15 more minutes.  I turned everything a few times.  The cilantro went on last for 10-15 seconds, turned for 10-15 seconds more then every thing was done.   Remove the core/stems of the tomatillos.  Rough chopped the tomatillos, garlic, onion and cilantro.  I removed the seeds and veins from the jalapeņo then rough chopped half of it.  Everything went into the blender then a squeezed half of the lime.  Tomatillo salsa is not chunky so I just let the blender run for a minute or so.  The first taste test was a little hot and needed a little sweetness so I added a little bit of sugar then ran the blender again.  PERFECT!!!!  It's going to go great on pulled pork tacos later today.

Thanks again Troy!  (and @zavod44 )

Love it!   You always keep it real for all of us backyard grillers.   Not heavily edited.   Not sure if the bee or the phantom 3rd camera was the best part.

Nice job. I enjoy the way that you don't edit the hell out of the video. Just a guy cooking up some stuff.

I'll swing by later for that kettle.
