New to me 18" and Vortex cook.

Picked up a DH (2004) 18" OTS and had my first cook on it today. I used the small Vortex to cook Wings, Burgers, ABT's, and Corn on the Cob. I shouldn't have seared the burgers before moving them to the side.

Thanks everyone. This fits nicely on my small side deck just outside the Kitchen door. I gave my 22" Kettle to one of my Daughters and picked this up. It really is a lot smaller cooking surface, but I am usually grilling for one or two. I will pick up another used 22" when the right deal comes along, to put away for bigger grill outs.
