Father's Day Eve cook.
« on: June 26, 2017, 08:59:46 PM »
Father's Day eve I arrived from work and Maribel was smoking a slab of ribs. This is what she told me.
Seasoned the ribs with caribeque honey heat and used mustard as a base. Smoked at 275-300  using Kingsford and few cherry wood chunks for 2 hours then wrapped in foil with honey, brown sugar and apple juice 1.5 hours. Back on the smoker with no foil for 20 min. Added famous Dave's BBQ sauce sweet and zesty.

Used the Weber Summit Charcoal Grill for this cook

The next day we went out for a Father's Day breakfast.
