I know most of you are old hands with the Vortex and ring of wings, but I was finally able to join the club. Really amazing how well it turned out!  The reviews sure didn't lie!

Thanks everyone...I was pretty excited about them.

@travis On half I followed the recipe sent with the Buffalo Seasoning I got from Owen's BBQ. On the other half I followed the Sweet and Spicy chicken wing recipe I found on the Weber app. They were both excellent. The best part is, after having these, now my wife will actually eat wings with me!  She's a convert!
