It is definitely from the 200/2000 series. I can't tell how tall the lid is, but it doesn't appear to have the thermometer in it.
I think it is a 200 with the folding cart and accessory hose for use with refillable propane tanks.

Its a q200 and the best model short of the q2200/q2200 imo. Make sure the grate isn't rusted through. They are kinda pricey.

I'll ask the seller for a pic of the grill surface. Even if I have to replace I'm getting it for $25 for everything you see so I'll be ahead.

So this actually is the Q2000 and the cart is for the Q100/200 for $25 a steal.

Even if the grate isn't in great shape it's coated cast iron. Worst case you could sand and re season.
