I've been dying to try some ribs since I got my slo n sear last month and finally had a chance today. As usual, the SNS did an awesome job holding the temp steady throughout the cook. I rubbed two of the racks with a special edition rub that my buddy picked up for me at a Big Green Egg festival last week
The other rack was rubbed with Butt Rub (it was a bit spicier than the other one)

All in, it took about four hours. I pulled one rack and sauced it for about 15 minutes on the Genesis. I used Weber's Sweet and Spicy that was actually really good. The consensus from the family was that they liked the sauced rack the best.

I also managed to get both cars washed and waxed while cooking the ribs...all in all a great Sunday morning.
