Bacon Wrapped Pork Roast

My wife found a 9.5Lbs of Pork for $1.21 a pound.

5Lbs Pork Roast

Brine:
Water
Kosher Salt
Pepper
Brown Sugar
Thyme
Apple Juice

Brine with all above


Bacon Weave


Wrapped/Seasoned With ("Spicecraft" Roast Pork & Chop) & ready for the Grill :)


On the grill, Grilled off set with water pan


Cooked with socked Apple Wood Chips & 3/4" Chimney with Stubbs Charcoal at about 250° - 300° for about 1.50 hours then put in roasting rack to crisp up the bottom for about 1.50 hours. Then at 140° Removed and wrapped for 45min.

@weldboy I forgot to put down I did 2 smoke sessions with the chips. 1 in the beginning and in the middle. Ya I liked the ring too.

I do pork loin more then anything else and I never see a ring like that! Bravo sir
