I see a Weber Tequila-Lime seasoning package in the store.  I thought I would give it a try.

Combine the mix, 2 Tbs Tequila and 1/4 cup oil.

Slice onion and green pepper and drop it all in the pan to marianate while I heat up the '77 Redhead.  ;)

Drop this in a basket on the little redhead.

It was cold outside and pork chops were thick.  It took awhile.  Sliced up the meat for the tacos.

Here's my plate.  ;D

The girls had it the next day.  Probably better after overnight in the fridge.

Cheers and Beers!!

Everyone said it was good. The flavor was not too strong or too salty.  I would make it again.
