Mediterranean turkey sliders
« on: September 20, 2015, 02:51:59 AM »
It's Friday, well was anyway. Decent weather. Hungry.

Trying to be creative in my 'burger' style to convince my wife to eat them, she's funny about ground meat and doesn't eat beef or pork. Thank you for the sigh, it's weird eating all my bbq lonesome.

A thoughtful co-worker picked up this fancy wood somehwere

Patty assembly consisted of ground turkey (surprisingly 85/15), sun dried tomatoes, spinach, goat cheese, salt, pepper, garlic.

Grilled em

Along with veggies (on the gasser)

Finished with homemade tzatziki and caramelized honey onions

Sorry about the lady...
Mine doesn't like ribs, so I don't cook them as much as I'd want, and she's just now gotten into wings. I feel you pain

Burgers look great though! There a lot you can do with turkey burgers, we do one version with cheddar and jalapeņos mixed in, comes out great!
