Got Chicken?

3 1/2 pound chicken using a Mini Vortex in a Weber Jumbo Joe, this cook takes just over an hour.

Still need to flip mine upside down and try a whole chicken. Looks Great

I also need to use mine upside down for a vert roaster chicken or as a deflector for a butt.... So far it's just been used narrow end up for hot hot hot.
