Just curious what wood you went with for pork, and why? And of course, how'd this turn out? Sweet looking Kettle, btw.

i'll get that sticker off soon hoss!
kex - i used applewood because it's the only chunks i had, and i like it with bacon so why not other pork? was my thought.
it's resting in a cooler all wrapped up for a while now. here it was before being done.
i can say the beans are incredible.
