Sunday Supper
« on: March 30, 2015, 05:01:32 AM »
My first time to cook lamb.  I seasoned the racks and chops with some SPG, let it set in the fridge for a couple of hours, and then put it on the OTG.  Pulled them at 135 IT and threw some snow crab legs on.  It was a pretty tasty supper.

Looks really good!!
I love both of these cuts and lamb is my favorite meat. I hope you'll continue cooking lamb :)
I'll be doing the same for Easter :)

We really enjoyed it.  My Wife was skeptical at first, but after she tasted it, she dove right in.

This looks great! I've been wanting to try lamb on the kettle. It's been years since I've had lamb and I love it!
