Bourbon habanero sauce and ribs

Got a break in the weather to do three racks of baby backs on the performer. My own sauce which is a modified bourbon sauce found on line. I add the habanero peppers (2) as well as garlic, black pepper, tamarind paste, and honey. Ribs were done 3-1-1/2 and I did the last two steps on the gasser.
