Would you give up/sell a weber grill knowing someone is wanting it especially for a uds?

I can't answer that because i may be prejudice, but i use a cheap knock off for my lid   I would think that if the bowl was trashed sure.

As long as its not a vintage grill, I see no problem. I mean if someone can give life to a lid that lost its bowl, why not? A perfectly good grill, that seems like a waste. There are plenty of black beaters out there. I have seen people keep the kettle and just use the lid on the UDS when they needed it.

I have a few lids in a pile, so it would depend on their condition
