Talked w/ my butcher Sunday morning, he offered 3.5# of pre-trimmed St. L @ only $6 (score!)
Grass needing cut it seemed an easy multitask, but had to start quick to go slow tho.

I like the Italian ribs nice job, also I use a brick to help keep heat in the kettle.
