Did surf & turf for Father's day.
Started with beef tenderloin

And Prawns

Seasoned the beef with Rosemary, garlic and some spices and put it on the grill at 375 degrees

About half way through the cooking

I then added the prawns when the meat was almost done

1buckie, you guessed right on the portabella
iCARRY,
I cooked the beef indirect until the internal temp hit 130 degrees, then I moved over the coals and browned all sides for few seconds. I think the final internal temp may have been around 136.
