Cooked up some big head bones that we got @ .99 / #
Rub was garlic powder, jerk rub, CA. chili powder & sumac w/ cherry wood chunks......

The small ends were almost like a grilling.....under an hour.....the bigger sections smoked @240 for another 3 hours............
those spices w/ cherry wood were really good !!!
