I was inspired by Larry's crabmeat stuffed mushrooms, but having only some smoked duck on hand, I did smoked duck and wild rice stuffing stuffed baby portabella mushrooms.
Here they are getting stuffed with a mild asiago cheese and the duck & wild rice stuffing.

Placed on the mini at 275 for about 30 min.
