Super easy, basic crab cake recipe, handful of mushrooms and appetizers are ready!
Here's the video on Crab Stuffed Mushrooms (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MbHnY6hHDHA&hd=1)!

I'm hosting a bbq retirement party for a work friend, and these will be one of the apps! I'll post picks if I can make them look as good as these ;)

I saw the pics, I didn't have crab meat, but the pictures, they inspired me. To make green bean casserole stuffed mushrooms. I made a bunch and wrapped half of them with bacon. 6 people easily put down almost 10 each! Everyone raved about them and a vegetarian friend was mindblown elbowing people to get more of them. There were none left.
I diced up the stems mixed them back in with some cream of mushroom and french cut green beans that I cut down a little more, and some french onions. Top with more onions. Bacon optional but awesome. Grill indirect on a weber kettle.
Thanks for the inspiration Larry!

Now that's what I'm talking about Larry! I think some grilled sea scallops and these stuffed mushrooms is coming up on the menu soon!

Hell, I don't even like seafood but that looks good Larry.

ARG! I ran out of time to make the mushrooms >:( Since I didn't have any crab I was going to use a smoked duck and wild rice stuffing mixture.... might still do that since I have the mushrooms anyway.
