I dusted them with some cajun shake:

fired up the mini with 12 lit on a bed of unlit

got her up to temp and put the wings on

I smoked them a cpl hours then removed the center section and began grilling them. Wife wanted some island pepper bbq sauced wings

I like mine tossed in buffalo wing sauce

This rarely happens, but I just licked my computer screen. That second to last shot sent me over the edge. Needs more sauce...
