Hi everyone, does anyone know where I can get a half & half grill grate with one side a griddle and other side a grate for the Weber performer deluxe 57cm. I won’t to use it to do smash burgers 1

Lay it over your existing grate. Turn it over for smash burgers.

Surely when you press down and smash them, you’re gonna push it through the holes ?

Well then, since the OP wanted half grill grate and half griddle, perhaps he could pair the first selection with one of these:

It's 20½" wide with the handles, not sure how that converts to cms . . .

What you are describing sounds like the Craycort system. You can use different inserts as needed.
