Title: Older Genesis II 330 help!
Post by: Lisa B on January 21, 2021, 03:03:07 PM
Hello, I am searching for help with my Genesis II 330...I have had it about 15 years and it has been a great grill.  I recently cannot get the burners to get very hot, they are in good shape and not clogged.  I have tried MANY times to get it out of bypass with no luck.  I replaced the regulator hose but that has not helped. Its in great shape and don't want to give up on it but Im wondering what to do next...I was thinking of replacing the inner parts but thought I would check here for some friendly advice.  Thank you!

You say you replaced the regulator hose, did you also replace the regulator itself?

I assume that you have already followed this process:

Have you tried connecting a different propane bottle?
