Title: Pork chops on Ms. Green!
Post by: 1911Ron on June 30, 2013, 06:53:38 PM
I had some pork chops that needed to be done and Ms green got the call!   I decided to marinate them with some Italian dressing that Olive garden puts out ( it has Parmisan cheese in it) I let them go for awhile, when i thought they were ready i lit the grill.   I also did some mushrooms (canned ::)) i poured what was left of the dressing over them in a CI skillet and put them over the coals.  Did the chops indirect first and once they were close to being done i threw them over the coals to finish, unfortunitly they didn't brown up as i would of liked, will have to do it sooner.
