Title: Firing this up for the first time tonight

Looking forward to some kettle pizza

Gonna have a cheese and pepperoni and a leftover pulled pork with jalapeño Alabama white sauce instead of tomato sauce as the base.

Sounds amazing!  Beginner’s tip, make each pizza on the peel with plenty of corn meal on the peel.  Make sure the pizza moves freely before going out to the kettle by giving it a nice back and forth shake.  Have fun!

Thank you.  She enjoys helping.  She also got to experience her first bon-fire and marshmallow roasting yesterday.  She had a superb day!
