Title: Sweet spin over ribs and beans

This was a fun cook, elevated half grate paired with the Aura and later joined with the vintage Weber roti. Had to invert the half grate to fit the roti LOL It worked

Very creative use of space to cook three items.

I'll have to try cooking a whole pineapple on my roti.

I like to smoke a Boston butts over a large foil pan of beans and let the drippings flavor the beans. Sometimes there will be 1/2" oil slick on the beans.

Butt over beans is good
