Title: Grill Grate wings

Grill Grates are really growing on me.  I seasoned these with Tony’s and cooked indirect for an hour then sauced with different flavors. Buffalo, melindas habanero, and melindas Thai chili then seared on the grates.  Very good. They all look the same but had very different flavors. These are gfs giant party wings.

The Grill Grates have been growing on me too...especially when you turn them over. I guess I have to get some wings now and give that a try. Nice cook!
