Just watched the video, well done sir! I agree, Killer Hogs rubs are great. I've never tried pairing with Montreal Steak rub on a pork chop, but it looks grate. BTW, gotta get my Grill Grates out! Forgot I had them.... Getting ready for the holiday weekend.........Picture is a couple months old. Liquor is long gone, and most of the sauce but I still have the rubs. ; )
