Title: Worth a cold/call or best left as a fire pit?

Saw this poor guy out in the wild, where do you draw the line as far as is it worth trying to rescue?

Red MBH with significant rust spots on it - so I'm guessing the bowl is a lost cause, but what caught my eye was the MLH - it's black with some rust around the edges - but the lid may be salvageable?
