Title: fruit bourbon crumble
Post by: bama bbq on August 12, 2012, 11:49:22 AM
We bought some fresh pears, peaches, apples, and blackberries, added some sugar, bourbon, and oats to have after our pulled pork, baked beans and cole slaw lunch.  45 minutes, add some home made vanilla ice cream, and we have desert!

Overnight Pulled Pork for lunch:

Now for the desert!

I have a burn pit (hole) in the side yard ...but it's too damn far to walk so I just use the kettle.  Cheers gents!

I feel for you brother...  I happen to have both.  I cook with what was the half gallon of Beam and sip what was the half gallon of Maker's Mark.   8)
